The Escala (Spanish word for “scale”) is an elegant mixed use condominium developments that will be among Seattle’s most exclusive addresses. The design team is led by renowned residential architect Thoryk Architecture of San Diego. It will have 275 condominiums and a 25,000 sq foot private city club, to be named Club Cielo. Escala is currently the largest condominium development, estimated at $350 million. A close distance to Pike Place Market, theaters, nightclubs and other cultural amenities.
Club Cielo features will include a full-service gym, bar and lounge with a large, theater; events center, meeting room, and a wine cavern with storage.
Condos at ESCALA include custom-designed Italian cabinet systems for the kitchen and bathroom, premium appliances, high-quality plumbing fixtures, hardwood floors and wool carpeting. The condos sizes range from 950-square-foot, one-bedroom City Homes to three-bedroom Sky Villas at more than 3,000 square feet. Penthouses may range up to 16,000 square feet. The grand living spaces will have ceilings between 9½ feet and 12 feet, and expansive terraces will act as extensions of the living rooms, with their floor-to-ceiling windows. Condos will range in price from $600,000 to more than $4 million with the average price in excess of $1 million.
