Belltown Lofts

Belltown Lofts in Seattle was originally built in 1914 and was renovated in 2000.  The building received a green award and was given a landmark status.  There are actually 2 buildings, the older building includes 25 units and the other building has 33 flats.  There is a common rooftop deck and the top floor units have their own individual decks.  The building is located in the heart of Belltown about two blocks from Pike Place Market and the waterfront.
