Seattle Condo Blog and Community Information

There was a email sent to me today from the Ava sales team informing me that the Executive Group and Fana Development Group received the Master Use Development Permit with unanimous support of the Seattle Design Review Board for the AVA Seattle condo.  They are anticipating filing construction documentation with the city’s authorization to begin construction of this Seattle condo this fall.  In April the sales center for AVA will be open to condo buyers by appointment only.  Please contact me if you would like assistance and an agent to represent you in the purchase and a tour of this Seattle condo.  If you would like to purchase in the building I would be happy to assist you.
