Seattle Condo Tour
There is a free downtown condo tour so potential buyers can see the latest new developments and conversions that are or will be available in the Seattle Condo market. They are also providing participants with a complementary shuttle service to take you from one sales center to the next.
Buyers should put their realtors name on the sign-in forms, so they can be represented and have a realtor of their choosing to represent them. Many projects have restrictions on your realtor representing you if you did not include their name on the first visit and registering is a way for them to monitor this.Â

Fisher Communications is proud to announce that the Seattle Condo Tour is back and for the first time, will be held in both Seattle and on the Eastside. The public is invited to tour Downtown Seattle condos during the weekend of April 5-6, leaving from Fisher Plaza, or join us to tour condos on the Eastside the weekend of April 12-13, leaving from Bellevue High School. Both tours are free and include complimentary shuttle service from the designated starting points to participating condos. Tour hours are 10 am - 6 pm both Saturday and Sunday.  Â
During the tour, participants who visit 6 or more condos will be eligible to win a variety of prizes. In addition to visiting participating properties, free public seminars will be held at both Fisher Plaza and Bellevue High School. The seminars will be hosted by industry professionals and highlight the most important topics in the Seattle condo industry.Â

You could find your condo this way but you should still have your own realtor. Your agent can suggest other properties not on the tour or a resale. Your agent can even make suggestions in the building itself like not buying by a garbage chute, not being by an eleveator because there might be more noise and many other items the buyer might not think about, remember a typical buyer only purchases about every 5-7 years.
